Zyvan Tech provides custom software development services including websites, web applications, mobile apps, AI solutions, and CRM systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project proposals.
Projects are billed in milestones: 30% deposit to begin work, 40% at project midpoint upon milestone delivery, and 30% upon final delivery and approval. Invoices are due within 7 business days of issuance.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project. Zyvan Tech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Each project plan includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the included rounds, or changes to agreed scope, are billed at our standard hourly rate after written approval.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice via email. The client remains liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if unresolved, through the competent courts of Cambodia.
